Payment and Shipping Information:

1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes!  We accept all major credit cards via our
secure server.  All credit card information is secure using the highest level of encryption upon being submitted to our secure server.

2. How can I contact you?
If you have questions or would like to place an order via

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

4. What are your hours?
Our internet division processes orders Monday - Friday from 7AM -
7PM Eastern Standard Time. 

5. Am I charged tax?
We have an office located in New York thus requiring us to charge a sales tax of 8.75% to New York residents.  We also have an office in NC
thus requiring us to charge a sales tax of 6.75% to North Carolina residents.

7. What is you return policy?
Ribbon Warehouse wants you to be satisfied with your purchases.  However, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will honor returns only if the personalized
item was imprinted incorrectly.   You will receive the refund as a credit to your credit card for the purchase price of the product you return.   All non personalized items have a 15% restocking fee, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and we do not give credit for the initial shipping charges. All returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt of the item or it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

8. Where do you ship from?
Your order will ship from our New York office.
